Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Away Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Away Game mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using Away Game, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Post or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or sexually explicit content.
• Solicit money, personal financial information, or off-platform contact details from other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if your continued use of the Service would harm the community. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

6. Disclaimers
